A floating plant 10cm tall and mature plants upto 30cm wide. Furry, pale green leaves are closely overlapped like a lettuce. Plants wither and die when temperatures drop below 10 deg cel for longer than a month. Declared a noxious weed (not to be sold or spread) in all States of Australia except for Vic. and S.A.
